The LISSI laboratory is a founding member of the Wearable Robotics technical committee within the IEEE RAS (Robotics and Automation Society). This technical committee, of which our colleague Samer Mohammed is General Chair, started its activities last May 2016 at the IEEE ICRA 2016 conference. The main mission of this committee is to initiate, animate and disseminate scientific activities within of the global robotics community working in the field of portable robots.
